These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to games from Cyberleak Studios, including Orbland (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Who we are
Cyberleak Studios is an independent studio operated by James Welch in North Carolina, USA. Contact: cyberleakstudios@gmail.com.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. App store terms (Google Play or Apple) also apply to apps you get from those stores.
Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, hack, reverse engineer or exploit the Services.
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not interfere with other players' enjoyment.
In-app purchase
Orbland offers a single optional, one-time "Remove ads" purchase that turns off ads; it doesn't give coins or unlocks. It is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and is subject to their terms. Purchases are tied to your Google or Apple account and can be restored on a new device signed in to the same account. See our Refund Policy.
In-game coins
Coins and other in-game items are earned through play, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Wager Mode uses in-game coins only, never real money.
Ads
Orbland shows a banner ad supplied by Google AdMob, subject to Google's policies.
Website content
The website is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate, but details about games in development may change.
Intellectual property
All content in the Services is owned by Cyberleak Studios or its licensors and is protected by law. The Inter and Space Grotesk fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberleak Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do; continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
